Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before registering on, accessing, browsing, downloading appor using the MeraApp website located at https://www.meraapp.co.in/ , and all associated sites linked to https://www.meraapp.co.in/ , or the mobile application or any similar platform (hereinafter collectively, run by Mera App It Solutions Company of India, having its registered office at S3/TF/302, BSUP, 00, BAGRU, SANGANER, JAIPUR, JAIPUR, RAJASTHAN, 303007 (hereinafter collectively, Mera App ) on any device and/or before availing any services offered by MeraApp on the Mera App Platform which may include services such as UserFI, Medical, Blood Donation etc. For the avoidance of doubt, it is clarified that these terms and conditions shall apply to all MeraApp Services, whether offered by Mera App It Solutions Company of India or its affiliates.

The Website or App Owner, including subsidiaries and affiliates ("Website" or "Website or App Owner" or "we" or "us" or "our") provides the information contained on the website or App any of the pages comprising the website or App ("website or App ") to visitors ("visitors") (cumulatively referred to as "you" or "your" hereinafter) subject to the terms and conditions set out in these website terms and conditions, the privacy policy and any other relevant terms and conditions, policies and notices which may be applicable to a specific section or module of the website.

Description of Service

MeraAPP website or app is a digital storage and sharing platform for your personal documents , certificates or any other documents which it has been uploaded by user. The key features of the Site include, but are not limited to, creation, storing documents and sharing of private document or other documents and uniform resource identifiers (URIs) with different public or private organisations. Mera App is accessible to all Indian citizens who can open their accounts with their mobile numbers.

Ownership of Content and Licence

When you use the our site or app, you provide us with your files, documents, certifications, and other information regarding these documents, as well as the details from Aadhaar or any other government documents in the event of linked accounts. You can share your contents with others using users above on MeraApp application or website.

Account, Security and Consent

To use our services, you are required to open an account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the information you hold for your account, including your password, and for any and all activity that occurs under your account as a result of you’re failing to keep this information secure and confidential. It’s your responsibility to keep your phone and access to the app secure. We therefore recommend that you do not jailbreak or root your phone, which is the process of removing software restrictions and limitations imposed by the official operating system of your device. It could make your phone vulnerable to malware/viruses/malicious programs, compromise your phone’s security features and it could mean that the Mera App - My App My Life app won’t work properly or at all. Mera App will not take responsibility for. Certain functions of the app will require the app to have an active internet connection. The connection can be Wi-Fi or provided by your mobile network provider, but Mera App cannot take responsibility for the app not working at full functionality if you don’t have access to Wi-Fi, and you don’t have any of your data allowance left.

MeraApp has been designed to provide high availability, tested for functionality however, It does not promise, represent or warrant that the Site , App or any content, service or feature of the Site will be error-free or uninterrupted, or completely secure.

Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless MeraApp and its affiliates, its officers, directors, employees, and agents, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) relating to any allegation or third-party legal proceeding to the extent arising from:

a) your use of and access to the Site and Service.
b) your violation of any term of this Agreement.
c) your violation of any third party right, including without limitation, any copyright, property, or privacy right; or
d) any claim that your User Content caused damage to a third party.

Limitation on Use

You may not use the Site or any Content for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms of Use, or to solicit the performance of any illegal activity or other activity which infringes the rights of MeraApp or others.

The MeraApp platform is for your personal use only and not for commercial exploitation. You may not decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, rent, lease, loan, sell, sublicense, copy, modify, reproduce, republish, distribute, display, or create derivative works from MeraApp. Nor may you use any network monitoring or discovery software to determine the site architecture, or extract information about usage, individual identities or users. You will not use any robot, spider, other automatic software or device, or manual process to monitor or copy MeraApp without our prior written permission. Any unauthorized use or activity of MeraApp is prohibited. The use of any software (e.g., bots, scraper tools) or other automatic devices to access, monitor or copy the website pages is prohibited unless expressly authorized by MeraApp in writing.

Right to Terminate

MeraApp reserves the right, at any time, to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part of it), with or without notice. MeraApp its sole discretion reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user account and refuse any current or future use of the platform for any reason at any time. Such termination may result in the deactivation or deletion of the account, and the loss of all the content.

Miscellaneous

MeraApp reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove portions of these Terms of Use, at any time without written notice by posting the modified Terms on this website or mobile android app indicating the ‘last updated date.’ Any changes we make will be effective immediately. Accordingly, you take the responsibility to check these Terms of Use periodically for changes. Your continued use of the Site posts such revision shall constitute acceptance of the modified Terms.

Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Indian law. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subjected to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in jaipur only.
